Why should I create an account?

With a registered and activated profile, you can keep track of your spend, order history, and be the first to get notified of our new collections or events

How do I activate my account?

If you have created a profile with us, the activation link will be sent to your registered email to activate your account before you can login for the first time.

How do I become a Frequent Shopper?

You’ll automatically join our Frequent Shopper community when you reach an accumulated spend of SGD 1,000 on your registered account.

Upon reaching Frequent Shopper status, a $50 Welcome Voucher will be credited to your account for use. Subsequently, for every SGD 500 you spend with us, you’ll receive yet another $50 Voucher for use in-stores and online.

To top it all off — your account will be upgraded to enjoy a one-time 20% off during your Birthday Month!

How do I update my profile details (e.g. address/phone number)?

After you have registered for an account, you may manage your personal details under 'Account Settings'.

How do I check my order history?

Login to your account via the utility bar on Desktop or navigation menu on Mobile.
Scroll down to 'History' > 'Orders'. This provides a history of your orders and invoices.

How do I check on my accumulated spend?

Login to your account via the utility bar on Desktop or navigation menu on Mobile.
Your accumulated spend should show under 'Account Settings' > 'Profile'.

How do I check for the Shopping Perks in my account?

Login to your account via the utility bar on Desktop or navigation menu on Mobile.
Scroll down to 'Shopping Perks' > 'Vouchers'.
All your Shopping Perks can be found there.

Do use them before they expire! Expired Shopping Perks will not be reinstated nor extended.

How can I use my Shopping Perks (i.e. Welcome / Birthday / Frequent Shopper Vouchers)?

You may choose to utilize your Shopping Perks on our E-store or standalone store at ION Orchard.

For online purchases, simply login to your account before checking out your bag.

Your Shopping Perks will be available via a drop-down list at checkout - simply select the one you want to apply on your order.
